Google buys Keyhole, maker of 3D maps (2004)

Keyhole, a Mountain View company founded in 2001, made a program where users typed an address and saw an image of the place, zooming from space to street level, tilting and rotating the view. After the purchase, Google cut the price of the Keyhole 2 LT version.

There is no official image with documented origin for this record yet. The museum prefers showing no image to using one of uncertain origin.
